1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Antarjyoti platform (available at antarjyoti.organd its subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Antarjyoti(“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating from Block-18, Plot-04, Nehru Nagar (East), Near Kosanagar Govt. High School, Bhilai, Dist-Durg, Chhattisgarh — 490020, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
2. Definitions
- Platform — the Antarjyoti website, web application, APIs, and all associated services.
- Campaign Organizer — any registered user who creates a fundraising campaign on the Platform.
- Donor — any person who makes a monetary contribution to a campaign.
- Beneficiary — the individual or cause identified as the intended recipient of campaign funds.
- Antarjyoti Model — the consciousness-based education programs, including the Basic Awakening Webinar and The Next Level residential program, offered by Antarjyoti.
- KYC Documents — identity and verification documents required from Campaign Organizers, including PAN card, Aadhaar card, passport, or NGO registration certificates.
- Payout— transfer of collected campaign funds to the Campaign Organizer’s registered bank account after verification.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 may only use the Platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent and supervision.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
- Not be barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and whenever you interact with the Platform.
Campaign Organizers must additionally complete our KYC verification process before any campaign is published or any payout is processed. We reserve the right to decline or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
4. Campaign Organizer Responsibilities
As a Campaign Organizer, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- All information in your campaign — including the beneficiary’s details, the cause, supporting documents, images, and financial goal — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- You will use funds raised solely for the stated purpose of the campaign. Misappropriation of funds constitutes fraud and may result in account termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
- You will submit all required KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank account details, and any other documents we request) truthfully and without forgery. Submission of forged or falsified documents is a criminal offence.
- You will update your campaign page promptly if circumstances change in a material way (e.g., the beneficiary recovers, the cause is resolved, or funds are no longer needed).
- You will cooperate with any audit, review, or investigation initiated by Antarjyoti into your campaign or use of funds.
- You will not create multiple campaigns for the same cause without prior written approval from Antarjyoti.
- You are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from funds you receive. Antarjyoti does not provide tax advice.
We review all campaigns before they go live. Approval does not constitute an endorsement of the campaign or a guarantee of its authenticity. We may suspend or remove any campaign at any time if we have reason to believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Donations
By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Donations are voluntary contributions and do not entitle the Donor to any equity, share, product, or service from the Campaign Organizer or Antarjyoti unless explicitly stated.
- Donations are processed securely by Razorpay(a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). You agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Use when making a payment.
- Antarjyoti does not store your card or bank credentials. Payment data is processed and stored by Razorpay in accordance with their security standards.
- Once a donation is made and confirmed, it is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Antarjyoti is not responsible for the actions of Campaign Organizers with respect to the use of funds. However, we take fraud seriously and will act upon verified complaints.
6. Platform Fees
Antarjyoti may charge a platform service fee on donations processed through the Platform. The applicable fee percentage will be clearly disclosed on the campaign page and at checkout before any donation is confirmed.
Additionally, Razorpay charges a payment processing fee on each transaction, which is deducted from the collected amount. The net amount disbursed to the Campaign Organizer will reflect all applicable deductions.
Antarjyoti reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time with reasonable notice. Any change in fees will not affect donations already processed.
Fees for Antarjyoti Model programs (webinars, residential programs) are separate from campaign donation fees and are stated at the time of program enrollment. Program fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Antarjyoti Model — Education Programs
Antarjyoti offers the Antarjyoti Model, a consciousness-based education curriculum comprising:
- Basic Awakening Webinar — a live, 3-day online program in self-awareness, focus power, and life direction.
- The Next Level — a 10-month residential transformation program based on the Gurukul + Science + Discipline model.
By enrolling in any Antarjyoti Model program, you agree that:
- Program content, materials, recordings, and intellectual property are owned by Antarjyoti and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
- Program schedules are subject to change. Antarjyoti will provide reasonable notice of schedule changes.
- Participation in programs is personal and non-transferable. You may not share access credentials or program materials with third parties.
- Results of self-development programs vary by individual. Antarjyoti makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive campaigns or representations.
- Raise funds for illegal activities, terrorist financing, money laundering, or any purpose prohibited under Indian law or international law.
- Impersonate any person, entity, or Campaign Organizer, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any code that could damage or interfere with the Platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools without our prior written consent.
- Engage in any conduct that harasses, abuses, intimidates, or threatens other users or Antarjyoti staff.
- Use the Platform for political campaign financing, speculative investment schemes, multi-level marketing, or cryptocurrency fundraising.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of campaigns, forfeiture of pending payouts (pending investigation), and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform created by Antarjyoti — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, and software — is owned by or licensed to Antarjyoti and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Campaign Organizers retain ownership of the content they upload to their campaigns but grant Antarjyoti a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
You may not use Antarjyoti’s trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Antarjyoti disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Antarjyoti does not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Any campaign will reach its funding goal.
- Campaign Organizers will use funds as stated. While we conduct KYC and campaign reviews, we cannot guarantee the conduct of third parties.
Antarjyoti is not a charity, non-profit, or financial institution. We are a technology platform that facilitates crowdfunding. Tax deductibility of donations (if any) depends on the nature of the campaign and applicable law; Donors are advised to consult a tax advisor.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antarjyoti and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds donated to a campaign where the Campaign Organizer misused those funds.
- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any interruption or cessation of the Platform’s services.
In no event shall Antarjyoti’s aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of: (a) the total platform fees you paid to Antarjyoti in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antarjyoti and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any content you submit to the Platform; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Submission of false or fraudulent information during KYC or campaign creation.
- Chargebacks initiated without valid grounds.
- Extended inactivity at our discretion.
- Any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, any pending payouts for campaigns found to be fraudulent may be withheld and refunded to Donors or transferred to relevant authorities. You may request account data export or deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh, India.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit against Antarjyoti to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services to operate effectively:
- Razorpay— payment gateway for processing donations and payouts. Subject to Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for account notifications, campaign updates, and receipts.
Antarjyoti is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsements.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement:These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Antarjyoti regarding the Platform.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment:You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Antarjyoti’s prior written consent. Antarjyoti may assign its rights freely.
- Force Majeure: Antarjyoti shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.
- Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
